  7. REFORM-Design is an easy-to-use, versatile software tool for designing
  8. electronic business forms in the Open Desktop and OSF/Motif graphical
  9. environment.  Standard components of a business form such as background text,
  10. lines, boxes and TIFF graphic images such as logos, icons or scanned
  11. signatures can quickly and easily be laid out on screen to create an
  12. electronic version of the form.  This form can then be used to print a
  13. `master' on any PostScript or Hewlett-Packard-compatible laser printer for
  14. duplication in volume at a print shop or a photocopier.  REFORM-Design can
  15. also be used to fill in the data fields on the screen form and send the merged
  16. form to the printer.  In addition, the electronic form can be used with the
  17. REFORM forms processor package to control merging the form template with print
  18. data from any application that uses the print spooling system.
